Unconsitutional provisions in NDAA 2012

As our civil liberties continue to erode: Patriot Act extension, Authorization for Use of Military Force, The FISA Amendment Act, allowing warrantless wiretapping and retroactive immunity to carriers, and now provisions in Subtitle D of the NDAA 2012, I can't help thimk the effects will be felt soonest and with harshness by those of us who are at the so-called margins of society. 
    The following link asks for support of a lawsuit filed by Chris Hedges, with Noam Chomsky, Daniel Ellsburg and Birgitta Jonsdottir to stop implementation of these provisions scheduled for March 1.  https://www.stopndaa.org/
